Just email us at [email protected], or fill out the forms here and we will be glad to replace all manufacturing defects.
We will arrange our logistic partner to pick up the defect items from your door step. All the shipping cost will be covered by our company.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will send the replacement for you once the we received the returned product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Don't worry if the courier service lost your parcel. We will try our best to help you. Your parcel is considered lost when there is no tracking update after (from the last update) as below:
